Se informó de que se iba a aumentar la partida para el fondo incondicionado hasta alcanzar los 90.000€, a pesar de la disminución del presupuesto municipal para 2009 respecto a 2008. Se acordó que el aumento fuera a parar al apartado de reparto por habitante, por lo que salieron más beneficiados aquellos pueblos con más habitantes. El aumento del año 2008 fue a repartir por igual entre todos los pueblos, por lo que en aquella ocasión salieron “perjudicados” los más grandes.
Se lanzó también la idea de que los alcaldes pudiesen justificar una parte del fondo como gastos ligados a su gestión como alcalde (desplazamientos, material), pero aunque muchos se mostraron a favor se decidió que se debería estudiar mejor pues es un asunto que puede resultar polémico. Se estudiará la mejor manera de compensar a los alcaldes por los gastos que les ocasiona su dedicación, y cada uno decidirá si desea recibir la compensación o no.
Tras la reunión, el Alcalde Iglesias ofreció a los asistentes un vino de despedida en el Molino Periel, pues el día 16 de octubre dejará de ser Alcalde de Sabiñánigo.
